C3 Strength & Endurance

C3 = Constantly Changing, Constantly Challenging, Always Intense!

This is the standard strength, conditioning and anaerobic training class offered at the studio. Each class is 1hr in length. These are full body, functional classes, designed to elevate the heart rate, build power and strength, challenge the different energy systems and take you to a place where people typically struggle to go on their own! Proper technique is the cornerstone of this class and from there, each person will be facilitated and encouraged to work as individually hard as they can, each and every time. All skill levels are welcome.

Coaches will be using a variety of equipment types and rarely will you find 2 classes that are ever the same. To develop functional fitness you will be using kettle bells, free weights, barbells and bumper plates, pull up bars, heavy ropes, medicine balls, agility ladders, rowing ergs, spin bikes, bosu balls, plyometric boxes and a huge range of body weight exercises, sprints, drills, metcons and calisthetics. You will be constantly challenged and hence, you will achieve goals!

Pre Requisites: have taken the Skills Class in order to learn the foundational movements if you have not been training with CBC in the past year or if you do not come from a Crossfit background already. Once you have completed the private 1:1 Skills Class, you will be able to purchase the various studio access passes.

Group Training – Ladies, Men and Co-ed classes offered.
