C3 Young Guns

A NEW program designed for young athletes of all levels, the C3 Young Guns and Teen program provides a fun and supportive environment for individuals to take the next step towards reaching their sport and athletic goals.  Each athlete will have the opportunity to develop their agility, co-ordination, strength, power and metabolic conditioning at the Challenge by Choice studio.  C3 conditioning will assist athletes in building a solid athletic platform while teaching how and why fitness as a lifestyle is important.  All workouts are scaled to accommodate each young athlete and their current fitness level.  Workouts are designed to be fun, progressive, challenging and inspirational.  We coach with positive re-enforcement and want the yonger generation of Squamish to be exposed to world class coaching and training.  

Young cyclists, skiiers, BMX racers, biathletes, nordic skiiers, swimmers, runners, firgure skaters, climbers, triathletes, soccer and hockey players can all benefit from functional strength and sport conditioning no matter what age!

Various times available for each age group in 4 week blocks.  Team/club bookings available. As demand and interest grows, we will look to extend this.

TO REGISTER:  email Jen (jen@challengebychoice.ca) to reserve.  Then, visit the DOWNLOADS page and complete the 2 Standard Forms (Waiver + Client Info) found there, print and bring to the 1st session. It is mandatory that all parents sign the forms for participants under the age of 18 and in doing so, you are acknowledging a level of maturity in your child for participation in such a program!

March 7th - May 9th  (8 weeks of program, 2 weeks of NO classes during spring break)

$96 + HST
(NO CLASSES during Spring Break - March 14th and 21st)

March 6th - May 8th (8 weeks of program, 2 weeks of NO classes during spring break)

(NO CLASSES during Spring Break - March 15th and 22nd)

Please note:
A) Payment is due on the first session of a new semester - Please make cheques payable to "JLS Training Systems" and send with your child OR, email/phone in your credit card # to be kept on file

B) If your child has been currently training with us and there is no changes health wise , you are not required to complete the forms. All first timer athletes must!
