Sport Specific ELITE Program @ the CBC Studio $280/month
*includes 1 month (4 weeks) of programming to follow based on goals and current fitness level, on-line access to training log through the use of Training Peaks software, unlimited emails with your coach as initiated by you.
*one monthly 30min in-person meeting with your coach to discuss training plan, upcoming race strategy
*includes monthly unlimited pass for studio training (C3, C4 and spin classes)

Virtual/Web Based Individualized Sport Specific Coaching $200/month
*includes 1 month (4 weeks) of programming to follow based on goals and current fitness level, on-line access to training log through the use of Training Peaks software, unlimited emails and constant communication with coach. Ideal for athletes who don’t live in Squamish but are seeking professional coaching with their goals. Individual Monthly Coaching @ The Lab $350/month
*Includes 1 Blood Lactate Test/month to determine/review HR zones and data (Run + Bike available)
*An individual day by day, sport specific program to follow based on test results through the use of Training Peaks software
*Unlimited emails with your coach, phone calls as needed (iniatied by athlete)
*A C3 All Inclusive Monthly Membership Pass (for strength, power and speed development)
*Option to purchase Compu -Trainer Passes for 50% discount.
